Your Employer Has Enrolled You in Care Connect

You have access to comprehensive supplemental benefits at zero cost to you. Review your benefits below and learn what to expect in the coming days.

What Is Care Connect?

Care Connect is an employer-sponsored workforce benefits administration platform supported by Nuventrus Group LLC. The program combines supplemental insurance benefits, enrollment administration, employee support services, and ongoing program management into a single integrated platform.

Care Connect is designed to work alongside your existing health insurance — it does not replace your employer’s major medical health plan. It fills the gaps that traditional medical coverage leaves behind, including routine dental care, vision, LASIK, hearing, and protection against unexpected accidents, hospital stays, and serious illness.

The program is funded entirely through payroll tax efficiencies. There is no net cost to you and no reduction in your take-home pay.
